Ramandeep joined Hoe Lawyers in May 2023 and works as a Conveyancing Assistant, supporting clients throughout the property settlement process.
She assists with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters and works closely with clients, conveyancers, real estate agents, banks, brokers and other settlement representatives to help ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
Ramandeep has developed strong experience in preparing and reviewing settlement documentation, PEXA matters, transfer duty requirements, settlement adjustments, client liaison and coordinating settlements from contract through to completion.
She is known for her organised and approachable manner, attention to detail and commitment to keeping clients informed throughout their matter. Ramandeep understands that property transactions can sometimes be stressful and takes pride in providing clear communication, prompt assistance and a high standard of client service.
Since joining Hoe Lawyers, Ramandeep has continued to develop her knowledge and experience in conveyancing and enjoys helping clients achieve a smooth and successful settlement.
